Connecting Multiple Libraries and Lists Using Preset Connection Settings

Once you connect a SharePoint library or list to a Graph Modeling taxonomy, you can use the settings of this connection to connect multiple other lists and libraries.
Follow the steps below to connect multiple libraries and lists:
Select Connection settings on the Graphwise for SharePoint Administration page.
On the Connected libraries and lists tab click the pencil icon in the Edit column for the connection settings you want to use to connect other libraries and lists.
Note
You can connect a library or list to multiple Graph Modeling taxonomies and concept schemes. You can also connect the same taxonomy multiple times to the same library or list, each with unique settings. Each connection is listed as a separate entry.
Select Connect other libraries and lists.
Select the site you want to connect to a Graph Modeling taxonomy.
Select the libraries and lists you want to connect to a Graph Modeling taxonomy.
Confirm with Connect to taxonomy.
Note
If any selected lists or libraries are already connected using these settings, an error message is displayed.
