Support for standard releases includes the latest Graphwise Platform features and improvements at a regular interval. You can take advantage of every new functionality within the Graphwise Platform as part of multiple releases during the year.
Standard release support encompasses the following:
major and minor release versions (releases) of the Graphwise Platform components during the year.
maintenance including patch releases for the respective latest minor version with focus on bug fixes and security updates.
major, minor and patch releases include upgrades respectively updates for integrated 3rd party libraries and frameworks according to semantic versioning.
regularly provided component versions replace the respective preceding major or minor software version.
an upgrade path is provided for each major and minor version, including migration tools where applicable.
since the Graphwise Platform components and bundles are delivered as Docker images and Helm charts this may result in scheduled support downtimes reflecting any software and configuration changes.
