Example Flows using GW4PP Custom Connectors

Graphwise for Power Platform (GW4PP) incorporates several Graphwise premium custom connectors which can be deployed when setting up your custom flows. This section covers two examples of possible flow configurations using these connectors.
To specify a flow go to Power Automate and select My flows (1) on the left hand side navigation menu.
The following examples illustrate the available options in Power Automate with our premium Graphwise custom connectors.
The first sample flow uses one of our premium connectors to trigger document tagging and subsequent response that contains all tags as an email message.
The other example shows how Microsoft Copilot can be integrated to perform multiple tasks while interacting with the user.
You can set up a flow using the premium custom connector GetTagsFromParameters.
After configuring the steps of the flow, add the required custom connector which will automate the desired process.
In our example, we want the email attachment to be tagged and then receive a list with these tags sent to a specified email address.
The name of the connector (1) appears at the top of the action card. Mandatory fields include project ID, project language, the minimum tag score, the maximum number of tags per item, and the body.
After configuring other desired steps, specify the details of the recipient's email (2). The mandatory fields here are the recipient (To: field), subject, and the body. You can also specify advanced options with a click on the link on the bottom left.
Configure the required fields in Update item . Confirm with Save (3) or continue adding more elements to your flow by clicking the + New step (3) button.
This example walks you through the process of tagging documents, selecting tags, finding tagged documents, and retrieving definitions. A footnote indicates the source used for each document.
The first request is to extract tags from a document (1a). We then specify whether to send a text or file for tagging (1b) and select the project from the available follow-up options suggested by MS Copilot (1c).
A prompt will ask whether we want to send a file or text (2).
We send our file to MS Copilot (2a) and receive the extracted tags (2b). We also need to select a desired tag that we want to send back to the system. The selected tag in our example is Margarita (shown with a light purple background).
We are then prompted to decide whether we want to find out more about the tag or if we want to find documents related to this particular tag (3a). We decided to find documents related to the selected tag (3b). The response from MS Copilot is a list of available files (3c).
It prompts us to specify what more we would like to know about this content. In our example, we ask MS Copilot to provide more details about the Martini based on the selected documents (4a). MS Copilot provides an AI generated response on Martini (4b); this includes a footnote (4c) which with a single click reveals the source of this definition.
