Example Flows using GW4PP Custom Connectors

Graphwise for Power Platform (GW4PP) incorporates several Graphwise premium custom connectors which can be deployed in setting up your custom flows. This section covers two examples of possible flow configurations using these connectors. The possible use cases are however manifold.
When you want to specify a flow go to Power Automate and then select My flows (1) on the left hand side navigation menu.
We will illustrate some of the numerous options offered by Power Automate in connection with our premium Graphwise custom connectors below.
The first sample flow uses one of our premium connectors to trigger document tagging and subsequent response containing all tags as an email message.
The other example shows how MS Copilot can be integrated to perform multiple tasks while interacting with the user.
Our first example shows how you can set up a flow incorporating the premium custom connector GetTagsFromParameters. After having configured the steps of the flow you need to add the required custom connector which will automate the desired process - in our example we want the email attachment to be tagged and then to receive a list with these tags sent to a specified email address.
The image above shows how the configuration of such premium custom connector may look like. Our focus lies of course on the GetTagsFromParameters connector. The name of the connector (1) is shown on the top of this step; mandatory fields include project ID, project language, the minimum tag score, the maximum number of tags per item and the body.
After having configured other desired steps you now need to specify the details of the recipient's email (2). The mandatory fields here are the recipient (To: field), subject, and the body. You can also specify advanced options with a click on the link on the bottom left.
The last step in this sample flow is the Update item. When you are done, confirm with a click on the Save (3) button; or continue with adding more elements to your flow by clicking the + New step (3) button.
Our example will walk you through a process starting with document tagging, tag selection, finding documents containing such a tag, and finally delivering definition, where you will also find a footnote which will inform you of the source used for a specific answer.
Our first request is to have tags extracted from a document (1a); after having clarified that we are going to send a text or file for tagging (1b) from the available follow-up refining answers we are prompted to specify the project we would like to use - which can be selected from all available projects suggested by MS Copilot (1c).
Then we are asked whether we want to send a file or text (2).
We send our file to MS Copilot (2a) and receive the extracted tags (2b); we are also prompted to select a desired tag we want to send back to the system. The selected tag in our example is Margarita (shown with a light purple background).
Now MS Copilot wants to know whether we want to find out more about the tag or want to find documents related to this particular tag (3a). We decide to find documents related to the selected tag (3b). The response from MS Copilot is a list of available files (3c).
We are prompted to specify what we would like to know more about this content. In our example we ask MS Copilot to provide more details about Martini based on the selected documents (4a). MS Copilot provides an AI generated response on Martini (4b) which also contains a footnote (4c) which with a single click reveals the source of this definition.
