Taxonomy Connection Reports and Logs

The Tagging module enables the Graphwise for SharePoint Administration application to access reports and logs containing details about the connections between SharePoint document libraries and lists, Graph Modeling taxonomies, and concept schemes.
On the Graphwise for SharePoint Administration page, select Reports and logs.
The Reports and logs page opens with the Taxonomy connections tab selected by default.
After accessing the Tagging module reports and logs, you can view the following details:
Taxonomy connections (1) – list of all document libraries and lists connected to a Graph Modeling taxonomy
Note
You can connect a library or list to multiple Graph Modeling taxonomies and concept schemes. You can also connect the same taxonomy multiple times to the same library or list, each with unique settings. Each connection is listed as a separate entry.
Tip
You can sort the list by clicking a column header.
Library or list (a) – name of the library or list connected to a Graph Modeling taxonomy
Site (b) – name of the site containing the library or list connected to a Graph Modeling taxonomy
Created (c) – date when the library or list was connected to a Graph Modeling taxonomy
Modified (d) – date when the connection was modified for the last time
Taxonomy (e) – name of the Graph Modeling taxonomy (project) to which the library or list is connected
