Graphwise for Microsoft 365 Release Notes (9.4)

Abstract

These release notes describe the highlights of Graphwise for Microsoft 365 (parts of which have been formerly known as PoolParty for SharePoint). Not only custom connectors in MS Power Platform are amongst the highlights but also currently beta integrations with MS Teams and MS Copilot.

We are proud to present our first release of Graphwise for Microsoft 365 (GW4M365, formerly PP4SP) currently comprised of the following components:

Graphwise for SharePoint (GW4SP)
Graphwise for Power Platform (GW4PP, beta)
Graphwise for Teams (GW4Teams, beta)

The current highlights include a beta integration between PoolParty and MS Power Platform and is now available as custom connectors. In this release the following PoolParty capabilities can be accessed from MS Power Automate flows:

retrieve a list of available taxonomies from PoolParty Thesaurus Manager;
analyze and tag the content of uploaded or URL-accessible text or documents against a selected taxonomy using the PoolParty Entity Extractor;
find documents tagged with a selected tag.

A beta integration with Microsoft Teams via MS Copilot Virtual Agents for natural language interactions:

analyze and tag uploaded or URL-accessible text or documents against a selected taxonomy using the PoolParty Entity Extractor;
search for documents matching a selected tag across admin-defined SharePoint scope;
request GenAI style operations taking the selected documents into account.

Migration of Azure functions from .Net 6 to .Net 8.
Minor issues with the Semantic Search related to the number of results per applied tag have been identified and fixed.
Issues synchronizing Term Store term groups to a taxonomy for some specific cases have been fixed.
Some forms that weren’t correctly clearing up after canceling interactions are now appropriately managed.
The UI layout of the manual tagging modal dialog has been adjusted to correctly display changes in Microsoft SharePoint.
An issue that prevented Site pages from being correctly tagged has been fixed.
The administration view now correctly updates ongoing tagging results.

Note

For the custom connectors and Copilot integration, the beta Power Automate integration currently delivers a full set of tags after having tagged a document, but only supports search based on one tag. This limitation will be addressed when the feature has been officially released.
