Term Store Synchronization

Taxonomies can be added to SharePoint through a quick Graph Modeling term store synchronization. This section describes how to sync and delete taxonomies.

If enabled, the Graphwise for SharePoint Administration application allows you to:

• Synchronize a taxonomy between Term Store and Graph Modeling.

  Note

  When a taxonomy synchronized to Graph Modeling changes, there is no built-in way to reflect those changes back in Term Store while preserving mappings between Graph Modeling URIs and Term Store GUIDs.

• When a taxonomy synchronized to Term Store changes in Graph Modeling, you can also reflect those changes in Term Store by updating the corresponding term group.Update PoolParty Taxonomy in Term Store

  When you no longer need a taxonomy synchronized from Graph Modeling to the Term Store, you can delete it directly from the Graphwise for SharePoint Administration application.
