Semantic Middleware Configurator - Search Indices

Abstract

Semantic Middleware Configurator - Search Indices

This section summarizes how to configure and maintain the connection to the search index engines for Graph Modeling.

Note

As of version 10.2, PoolParty has been rebranded to Graph Modeling. Despite our diligent efforts to maintain updated screenshots, some images from previous versions may appear in this section. We appreciate your patience during this transition.

The Semantic Middleware Configurator (SMC) lets you configure the connection to the search index engines Graph Modeling supports. At this time Solr and Elasticsearch are available.

After you have accessed the Semantic Middleware Configurator(1), the Indices node (2), the Systems node can be expanded.

The list on the right (3) contains the index configured, shows the URL used, the check box for alternative user credentials, the user name of those credentials and the Delete icon.

Note

Only one index engine configuration can exist in a Graph Modeling instance at any given time.
