This section outlines the high-level deployment process and the main steps required to prepare, deploy, configure, and validate the solution.
Important
Ensure that all prerequisites have been completed before starting the high-level deployment process.
Confirm the target environment:
Graphwise and the customer confirm the implementation scope, target SharePoint tenant and site, hosting model, security constraints, and ownership boundaries.
Confirm the target SharePoint site and App Catalog.
Confirm the Graphwise Platform environment and base URL.
Agree identity, network, DNS, and certificate responsibilities.
Deliver the approved release package:
Graphwise provides the applicable web parts, automation, workflows, licence artifacts, and release notes through an approved secure channel.
Verify the release version and applicable components.
Confirm any environment-specific prerequisites or known constraints.
Prepare Microsoft 365 and Azure access:
The customer grants the approved deployment-time access and supports creation or approval of the required Microsoft Entra ID application configuration.
Approve required API permissions and consent activities.
Confirm the deployment account can access the target SharePoint tenant and site.
Deploy and configure the SharePoint components:
The supplied SharePoint Framework packages are installed through the approved App Catalog and made available to the target site. The required web parts are then added to the site and configured as needed.

Configure the connector and platform services:
Deployment automation is executed using customer-specific values. Graphwise configures the required integration workflows, authentication, Graph Modeling connectivity, and supporting platform services.

Microsoft Entra ID tenant and application configuration
Approved CORS, redirect, and web-origin settings
Synchronize and publish the SharePoint configuration:
After the platform and SharePoint components are available, the connector configuration is synchronized from the Graphwise for SharePoint administration web part and the SharePoint page changes are published.
Validate and accept the deployment:
Graphwise and the customer complete the agreed connectivity, permissions, tagging, search, and operational checks before acceptance.
